Christian Slater: TayLaut, a gentleman, polite and very disciplined

Christian Slater talks about Taylor Lautner in a recent interview for his TV show The Forgotten. Taylor Lautner played Slater's son, Jack Spivey, in a previous series called My Own Worst Enemy (2008), although the show was cancelled after just 9 episodes.

During the interview, Slater talked about a recent reunion between the pair at a Dodgers game, where Taylor had said he'd learned a lot from the actor during their time working together. He went on to say of Taylor,
He couldn’t have been a sweeter kid, and I’m extraordinarily happy for all of his success.

When asked about his reaction to Taylor's recent success and attention from his involvement in the Twilight Saga:

He’s got his head screwed on right. Working with him on MY OWN WORST ENEMY, he was phenomenally impressive. He was a gentlemen, polite, and very disciplined (He’s been doing martial arts his whole life and is really quite masterful at it.) Really, he already possesses a lot of the qualities we all strive to achieve.

His level of discipline and commitment definitely shows through his commitment to working out and bulking up for his role in Twilight Saga's second instalment: New Moon.

16 days!

xx
